29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: Location: Line 7 1. On or about 3/7/2025, a typical metallic electrical outlet box with knock outs was used as a hanging pendent. The National Electrical Code section 314 states that type of box must be mounted to a secure surface. 2. On or about 3/7/2025, a relocatable power tap (RPT) was used while plugged into an extension cord and had several small water pumps plugged onto it.
