29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) On March 6, 2025, at 141 West Key Palm Road, Boca Raton, Florida, employees were exposed to 23-foot fall hazards while tearing apart a tiled roof to be replaced with a metal roof without using a means of fall protection. b) On March 7, 2025, at 141 West Key Palm Road, Boca Raton, Florida, employees were exposed to 23-foot fall hazards while tearing apart a tiled roof to be replaced with a metal roof without using a means of fall protection.
