29 CFR 1910.23(b)(12): The employer did not ensure that each employee use at least one hand to grasp the ladder when climbing up and down it At the back storeroom, on or about March 4, 2025, employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 6 feet, 10 inches when the employee was climbing Little Giant, Model Flip-N-Lite 5', parts number 15273, single-sided stepladder to store and/or retrieve products thus not enabling the employee to use at least one hand to grasp the ladder at all times when climbing up/down.
