29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: Butler Building, Butler main electrical panel: On or about March 05, 2025, and at times prior thereto, Butler main electrical panel (240 Volt) door was open, and the panel was energized had two openings that were not effectively closed. The internal energized electrical components were exposed. This condition potentially exposed employees to electrical hazards.
