29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): On or about March 6, 2025 and times prior, on the south side of the residential building, employees were not in use of fall protection while performing framing work activities at heights greater than six (6) feet. ANE Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1736545, citation number 1 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11-07-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 2800 Ember Dr, Yukon, Oklahoma 73099. ANE Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1731660, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 9-13-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 2940 Ember Dr Mustang, OK. 73064.
