29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: Roof of Retail Store: Employees were using sealant to paint and patch near the edge of an approximately 10 foot roof without fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): Copies of the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) were not kept on site for hazardous chemicals to include SolarFlex White Elastomeric Coating that was in use at the jobsite. Employees were exposed to chemical hazards.
