29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(C): Where lockout was used for energy control, the periodic inspection did not include a review, between the inspector and each authorized employee, of that employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure being inspected. (a) Production Floor: Annual audits of the lock out tag out procedures used by the employees when servicing equipment including but not limited to the Servo Blow Molding Machine Model ASB-70DPW, Serial Number 449A63065, identified by employer as Machine F1, did not include a review of the employees conducting the lockout procedure on or about 3/6/3025. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO CERTIFICATION THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
