29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers was not provided, used, and/or maintained. a) H2 Rehabilitation Extension Services - Location: Alexandria Manor, 3534 Linden St., Bethlehem, PA - On or about March 5, 2025, employees of H2 Health were exposed to the hazard of bed bug bites while performing therapy services on residents of Alexandria Manor (Bethlehem) and the employer did not provide provide personal protective equipment to protect employees from bed bugs. No abatement certification or documentation required.
