Break Room: On or about March 03, 2025, and at times prior thereto, two microwave ovens were plugged into a relocatable power strip. This condition potentially exposed employees to electrical hazards. Notice 1, Item 1, 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): The employer failed to use or install listed or labeled electrical equipment in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard and/or same hazard on 02/05/2025, Inspection number 1793703, date 03/05/2025 of final order/settlement, and means of abatement. Notice 1, Item 1, 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): The employer failed to use or install listed or labeled electrical equipment in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling.
