Bel Aire, KS 67226, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet 3 inches from the edge of the roof on the back side of the house to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.

Bel Aire, KS 67226, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet 3 inches from the edge of the roof on the back side of the house to the ground below in that the ladder used to access the roof was not extended at least 3 feet above the eave and was not secured to the structure.
