29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not attached to the fork: On or about March 7, 2025, an employee was exposed to fall hazards of greater than 10 feet, while working from a supported scaffold which was lifted by a rough terrain forklift. The supported scaffold was not secured to the forks of the rough terrain forklift by a chain or some other secure method, on a residential construction site in Champaign, Illinois.
