29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) Roof:  Employees were exposed to a fall hazard while standing on the roof without fall protection, both employees were working from an extension ladder and transitioning on the roof while receiving material and a gutter, on or about 3/6/25.   The C & C Construction & Remodeling LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1482486, citation number 1, item number 2and was affirmed as a final order on 9-30-20, with respect to a workplace located at 320 Second Ave Lyndhurst NJ 07071.
