29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. a) 2 S. Colgate Ave., Longport, NJ 08403: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately thirty feet t to the ground below. The employee was installing siding, soffits, and trim from a pump jack scaffold and not protected against falls by personal fall protection or a complete netting system. Observed on or about 03/10/25. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
