29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    (a) On or about March 10, 2025, at a jobsite located at 204 Main St, Rochester, WI 53167, employees conducting roofing activities to include tear-off, paper and shingle installation on a 5:12 pitch roof of the structure were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10-feet 1-inch onto concrete, grass, and building materials on the south side of the structure and 14-feet 2-inches on the North side of the structure.  Pro One Roofing Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1784913, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on January 2, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 826 Saugatuck Trail, Vernon Hills, IL 60061.
