29 CFR 1910.252(b)(2)(iii): Workers and other persons adjacent to the welding area were not protected from the rays by noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields: a) In the welding area on the site located at 6601 N 50th St, Tampa, FL: On or about 03/11/2025, welding was conducted without safety barriers such as curtains or screens to cover the arc flash and where employees walked and worked in areas adjacent to the welding operations not wearing eye protection adequate for welding.
