OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing death or serious physical harm including injuries from fall hazards: a) Site located at 633 Cass Pine Log Road, Rydal, GA 30171: n or about March 11, 2025, employees were exposed to fall hazards while being elevated on a platform with a skid steer. Specifically, it suffered use of a New Holland LS180 skid steer by a ranch worker as a man-lift on a forklift platform that created a risk of death or serious physical harm from fall hazards

29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a) On or about March 11, 2025, and at times prior; the employer exposed employees to cut/laceration hazards, in that the employer allowed an employee to operate a chain saw (Husqvarna, model 450 Rancher) without providing required personal protective equipment to include an approved face visor, and pants with saw protection.
