Crossbraces were used as a means of access.  Location: Worksite  On or about March 11, 2025, employees were exposed to fall hazards of over 20 feet while using a window located approximately 3 feet above the pump jack scaffold platform as an access point to the scaffold, where the employer did not ensure that safe direct access to the scaffold platform was in place, by any means.
