29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4): Safeguard(s) designed to protect employees during an emergency (e.g., sprinkler systems, alarm systems, fire doors, exit lighting), were not in proper working order at all times: a) 5301 Limestone Rd., Wilmington, DE 19808, On or about March 11, 2025, CSHO observed emergency exit hazards related to emergency evacuation of the building including but not limited to the exit sign(s) at the front and rear exit not illuminated to ensure visibility in the event of an emergency evacuation. b) 5301 Limestone Rd., Wilmington, DE 19808, On or about March 11, 2025, CSHO observed emergency lighting in the main hallway nonfunctional resulting in limited visibility in the event of an emergency evacuation.
