At the worksite, located at 1101 W Pipkin Rd Lakeland, Fl 33811; On or about 3/12/25, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 12ft, 20ft & 24ft in that fall protection was not provided for employees conducting framing and sheathing operation on a steep rooftop of a commercial building.
