29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):  Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) Between March 12, 2025 and March 13, 2025, employees performing framing carpentry work to a commercial structure were exposed to fall hazards up to approximately four stories to the concrete below on the northeast side of the structure.  b) On March 12, 2025, an employee performing framing carpentry work to a commercial structure was exposed to fall hazards up to approximately four stories to the concrete below on the southern side of the structure.    No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
