29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about March 12, 2025, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while working 13-17 feet beneath an active roofing crew at a residential home located at 6497 Kingsdale Ave., Cleveland, OH 44130, without wearing protective helmets. Gabrielle Galindo., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection 1792646, Citation 1, Item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 3, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 35997 Falcon Crest Ave, Avon, OH 44011.
