1910.145(c)(3) Safety instruction sign(s) were not used where there was a need for general instructions and suggestions relative to safety measure(s): a) 102 Deka Road Lyon Station, PA 19536 - On or about March 12, 2025, maintenance employees performed service and maintenance activities including, but not limited to, clearing jammed pallets from the flow thru racking system in the Grid Casting Department. Safety instruction signs were not affixed to the racking system to provide general instructions and safety measures. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
