29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a) 690 Hopkins Cemetery Road in Harrington, DE 19952: On or about March 11, 2025, employees were exposed to struck by hazards when they worked under an aerial lift and crane that was restraining a portion of a grain bin without any type of head protection.

29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level:  a) 690 Hopkins Cemetery Road in Harrington, DE 19952: On or about March 11, 2025, employees were exposed to fall hazards when they used an aerial lift without fall protection to stabilize a portion of the grain bin that was going to be lifted but the center of gravity was illusive causing the steel portion of the bin to rotate.
