At 317 Base Leg Drive, Edgewater, Florida:   On or about March 12, 2025, in the Fabrication Area of the shop, the employer exposed employees to an amputation hazard, in that the Leonard Tubemaster Model 2CP(M162) did not have a guard properly installed to provide protection of the point of operation and/or nip points.   c.    At 317 Base Leg Drive, Edgewater, Florida:   On or about March 12, 2025, in the Fabrication Area of the shop, the employer exposed employees to an amputation hazard, in that the PHI Model 2CPV(M244) did not have a guard properly installed to provide protection of the point of operation and/or nip points.
