29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) On or about March 12, 2025 at 27.60674 N, 80.34320 W, Vero Beach, FL 32963, an employee was exposed to ejection and fall hazards of approximately 15-feet while trimming a tree from an aerial bucket without wearing and attaching a personal fall arrest or restraint system to the bucket's anchorage points.
