29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness or body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employees working from an aerial lift. Jobsite: On or about March 13, 2025, the employer did not ensure that employees working from two aerial lifts approximately 16 feet from ground level used personal restraint systems when applying a vapor barrier to a commercial roof while working from aerial lifts.
