29 CFR  1926.200(h)(1):  Accident prevention tags were not used a temporary means of warning employees of an existing hazard, such as defective tools, equipment, etc.  Hilltop Drive, Rangeley, Maine: On or about March 12, 2025, the employer failed to place an accident prevention tag on an unguarded table saw and a personnel basket missing one or more guard rails, attached to a rough terrain forklift, to prevent employees from using these pieces of defective equipment.
