The ladder extended approximately 2.5-feet past the landing surface.  FKA Construction, LLC was previously cited for a substantially similar violation of occupational safety and health standards (29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1682761, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/28/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1702 N Greenhead Dr., Meridian, ID 83642.
