1910.178(l)(3)(i)(M): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training in the following topics to include but not limited to operating instructions, warnings, or precautions listed in the operator's manual for the types of vehicle that the employee is being trained to operate: a) 13 Brandon Circle., Phoenixville, PA 19460 - On or about March 11, 2025, an employee was exposed to crushing hazards while operating a Tobroco Giant G1200HD Wheel Loader. An employee overturned the loader with his hand outside of the cabin.
