29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At the job site located at 5114 North Blackhawk St. Wichita, Kansas, employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that a written hazard communication program had not been developed, implemented and maintained at the job site. Employees were handling gasoline which can cause skin, eye and respiratory irritation, drowsiness and/or dizziness, may cause an allergic skin reaction, and flammable.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At the job site located at 5114 North Blackhawk St. Wichita, Kansas, employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that they were not provided access to the Safety Data Sheets for gasoline at the job site. This chemical can cause skin, eye and respiratory irritation, drowsiness and/or dizziness, may cause an allergic skin reaction, and flammable.
