29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about 3/13/2025 at Lot #107 Bronzeleaf Drive, Middletown, DE 19709, Employees were exposed to fall hazards while walking and working on a timber framed residential structure without the use of the complete fall arrest system. Employees were observed wearing the fall arrest harness but not attached to the lanyard and anchor system. CSHO observed employees climbing on the roof with construction materials in hand without a complete fall arrest systems.
