29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about March 13, 2025, during the installation of roofing material at the job site located at 4710 20TH ST NW, Canton Ohio 44708; the employer did not ensure employees working on a roof of a multi-family home were protected from a fall height approximately 16.6 feet above the ground by utilizing a fall protection system. M & T FAMILY ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13) Duty to use fall protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1755830 , citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on (7/18/2024), with respect to a workplace located at 9195 Glenwood Trail, Brecksville Ohio 44141.
