29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which described how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) would be met: On or about 03/13/2025, at a job site located at 1110 W 7th S.t in Galena Kansas, employees were exposed to chemical hazards in that the employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program for the chemical employees work with including but not limited to the following: a) Methyl Ethyl Ketone which is a serious eye irritant, category 2 flammable liquid and known to have specific target organ toxicity. b) Isopropyl Alcohol which is flammable and can cause serious eye irritant c) 285 Lead (Pb) Alloy Solder Wire which has health effects including category 2 carcinogen, category 1 reproductive effects
