29 CFR 1910.124(h)(4): Employees working with chromic acid were not provided with periodic examinations of their exposed body parts, especially their nostrils. a) On March 14, 2025, Arlington Plating Acquisition Company, LLC did not ensure that employees received periodic examinations of their exposed body parts, especially the nostrils, when exposed to chromic acid while working in the Hand Line Plating Department (Tank #648). In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
