OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about March 26, 2025, employees were exposed to the hazards of being struck-by building components when installing 26 to 32 foot -long metal plate connected wood trusses for a new apartment building. The employer did not ensure that adequate bracing was provided to prevent the metal plate connected wood trusses from buckling and collapse.
