On or about 3/11/2025, the employer did not protect employees who were engaged in roofing operations 6ft (1.8m) or more above lower levels while at the job site located at 3489 Boschertown road. in St. Charles, MO. The employees were conducting roofing operations and were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately fourteen (14) feet.
