29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels:  a)  Media blasting booth; On or about March 13, 2024, and at times prior thereto, An employee media blasting steel parts was exposed to continuous noise at a level of 255.7% dose (equivalent to a TWA of 96.7 dBa) which is approximately 6.5 times the Action Level (AL) for a 9-hour workday of 39% dose (equivalent to a TWA of 84.15 dBa) and the employer did not establish an audiometric testing program to evaluate the employees hearing. Sample taken over a 552-minute sampling period.  b) Sanding area; On or about March 13, 2024, and at times prior thereto, An employee sandblasting steel parts was exposed to continuous noise at a level of 98.2% dose (equivalent to a TWA of 89.8 dBa) which is approximately 2.52 times the Action Level (AL) for a 9-hour workday of 39% dose (equivalent to a TWA of 84.15 dBa) and the employer did not establish an audiometric testing program to evaluate the employees hearing. Sample taken over a 552-minute sampling period.
