29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv): Overcurrent devices for circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less, were not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel:  Location: 349 Tarrytown Rd, Elmsford, NY  a) On or about March 14, 2025, an electrical panel located downstairs, labeled  PL 1, was obstructed by a metal cart with two (2) pieces of restaurant equipment and was not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel.  b) On or about August 22, 2025, an electrical panel located upstairs, labeled PL 4, was obstructed by cardboard boxes and was not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel.  Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR  1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent. Additionally, the line-of-sight to an exit sign was not clearly visible at all times:  Location: Downstairs at 349 Tarrytown Road, Elmsford , NY 10523  a) On or about March 14, 2025, the line-of-sight to an exit sign was not clearly visible at all times. An overhead door in the interior of the building was rolled up obstructing the exit sign.  NOTE: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
