The training shall include the following:  On or about March 7, 2025, in the  maintenance shop of Respondent's Pine Bluff Hauling facility, an  employee engaged in vehicle  maintenance activities failed to  utilize all applicable written  procedures for the control of hazardous energy despite being trained."
