29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  (a)  Building 900: On or about February 4, 2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards due to flying objects in that eye protection was not required while operating nails guns.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  (a)  Building 900: On or about February 4, 2025, the employer exposed employees to falls in that a harness was not worn by each employee that worked on the top of the building approximately 9 feet above concrete.
