29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Lot #37 of the Old Towne Development, Lewes, DE 19958; on or about March 14, 2025, CSHO observed employees performing framing installation work on a single family multi story home at a height of approximately 11 feet above the ground level without fall protection exposing employees to fall hazards.
