29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that the periodic inspections have been performed:  a)	1601 POW/MIA Parkway Dover Delaware 19904 (Macarbox line): On or about March 17, 2025 one days prior, the employer failed to conduct periodic inspections and certify them to ensure that the developed energy control procedures clearly identified specific steps to be followed to control hazardous energy for equipment located on the Macarbox conveyor line on which employees perform set up, servicing, cleaning, and maintenance duties.  Abatement Note:  1 Where lockout should be used for energy control, the periodic inspection shall include a review, between the inspector and each authorized employee, of that employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedures being inspected. 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(D).  2. Where tagout should be used for energy control, the periodic inspection shall include a review, between the inspector and each authorized and affected employee, of that employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure being inspected, and the elements set forth in paragraph (c)(7)(ii) this section. 1910.147(c)(6)(ii)  3. The employer shall certify that the periodic inspections have been performed. The certification shall identify the machine or equipment on which the energy control procedure was being utilized, the date of the inspection, the employees included in the inspection, and the person performing the inspection.
