Location: Warehouse/Dry Goods Area Instance 1: On or about March 17, 2025, an emergency exit's aisle was approximately 23" wide exposing employees, in the event of a fire, to smoke inhalation and burns. Location: Freezer Instance 2: On or about March 17, 2025, aisles in the freezer to access the storage racks were approximately 18" and 24" wide exposing employees to trips and falls.
