Employees are working with hazardous chemicals, such as but not limited to Eco Lab Peroxide Multi-Surface Cleaner and are not using eye protection.    The Sonida Senior Living DBA Canton Regency was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910/132(d)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1571286, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/03/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 4515 22nd Street, NW, Canton, OH 44708.
