29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible: a) Margate Towers Condominium Association, 9400 Atlantic Avenue Margate City, NJ 08402: On or about 3/18/2025, an employees provided with a HDX Home Depot H950V N95 respirators for voluntary use were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
