29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about March 18, 2025, and times prior thereto, employees used an extension cord supplying power to a lathe machine where the strain/tension pulled the outer protective sheathing away, exposing employees to electrical shock and fire hazards.
