29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about March 18, 2025, during the installation of roofing/framing material at a job site located at 3701 Kirkland Drive, Lot#158, Norton, Ohio 44203; the employer did not ensure employees working on a two story residential roof were protected from a fall of approximately 20 plus feet by utilizing a fall protection system. The Sam Miller Construction Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13) Duty To Have Fall Protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1788618 citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on (1/16/2025), with respect to a workplace located at 41058 Bookman Ave, Akron, Ohio 44312 The Sam Miller Construction Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13) Duty To Have Fall Protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1465805, citation number 02, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on (3/18/2020), with respect to a workplace located at 1004 Jackson Park Place, Massillon Ohio 44646.
