29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 6042 Stonechase Boulevard, Stonechase Subdivision, Pace, Florida: On March 18, 2025; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without using fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet 9 inches to the ground below. The Oscar Padilla dba scar Padilla was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1797632, citation number 1, item number 1, group a and was affirmed as a final order on February 25, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 6558 Warren Road, Milton, Florida.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) At 6042 Stonechase Boulevard, Stonechase Subdivision, Pace, Florida: On March 18, 2025; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without first ensuring his employees were trained on the hazards associated with falls to include but not limited to setting up and inspecting fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet 9 inches to the ground below. The Oscar Padilla dba scar Padilla was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(A)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1797632, citation number 1, item number 1, group b and was affirmed as a final order on February 25, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 6558 Warren Road, Milton, Florida.
