29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced into their work area: Employees were exposed to health hazards. Employees engaged in truck preventative maintenance and using portable outdoor equipment were exposed to health hazards in that the employer had not provided employees with effective information and training on the hazardous chemicals in their workplace.
