29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers was not provided, used, and/or maintained. A) Parking lot at 29 US-31, WASHINGTON, NJ 07882 - The employer did not implement protective shields or barriers to safeguard employees working in active vehicle traffic areas within the parking lot. As a result, an employee was exposed to struck-by hazards from moving vehicles. Incident occurred on March 18, 2025.
